Located at the south end of the Welland Canal in the city of Port Colborne this quarry is uniquely situated allowing for competitive service to Niagara and also to a number of other key markets throughout the Great Lakes region. With the multi-modal transportation options of highway access, a full depth St. Lawrence Seaway docking facility and adjacent rail facilities connecting to both the CN and CP railways all within 30min of the US border PCQ has access to a very broad market.
Products:

Since P.C.Q. was acquired by Rankin, improvements to equipment and extraction techniques have resulted in very consistent high quality aggregates. Our aggregates meet O.P.S.S. and MTO standards for concrete and asphalt. We offer a complete line of road building products as well as manufactured sand riprap and armour stone.
Other Activities

With several hundred acres of extracted quarry lands and international shipping access through the St. Lawrence Seaway, PCQ also offers opportunities for importing and storing over-sized or large quantity goods and acting as a buffering and staging area for redeployment out to final locations in the US or Canada.
